1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or enrolling in any program offered by Recruitment Reimagined, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Programs & Enrollment

Recruitment Reimagined offers the following programs as permanent offerings:

• Ignition — A 3-hour online live session introducing the fundamentals of recruitment. Price: ₹399.
• Foundation — A 9-hour self-paced online program covering the complete recruitment cycle. Foundation is currently in waitlist enrollment mode; enrollment will be confirmed upon batch opening. Price: ₹2,999.
• Launchpad — A 30-day offline intensive program at Baner, Pune, providing hands-on recruiter training. Price: ₹30,000.
• Orbit — A 30-day training + 60-day paid internship at SR Primes, Baner Pune. Shares its training cohort with Launchpad for Days 1–30. Price: ₹60,000.

Enrollment in any program is subject to seat availability. By completing the enrollment and payment process, you secure your seat in the respective program batch.

3. Payment & Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. Recruitment Reimagined does not store your card or banking details. By making a payment, you agree to Razorpay's terms of service in addition to these Terms.

4. Refund Policy

Refund eligibility depends on the program enrolled in:

• Ignition (₹399): No refunds after enrollment. If you miss the live session, a recording will be provided.
• Launchpad (₹30,000): 100% refund if requested 7 or more days before the batch start date. 50% refund if requested 3–6 days before the batch start date. No refund within 72 hours of the batch start date.
• Orbit (₹60,000): Same refund terms as Launchpad — 100% refund if requested 7+ days before batch start; 50% refund if requested 3–6 days before; no refund within 72 hours of batch start.
• Foundation: Refund terms will be communicated at the time of enrollment confirmation.

5. Program Delivery

• Ignition is delivered online via a live virtual session.
• Foundation is delivered online as a self-paced course.
• Launchpad is delivered offline at our training centre in Baner, Pune. Physical attendance is required.
• Orbit is delivered offline at SR Primes, Baner, Pune. Physical attendance is required for both the training phase (Days 1–30) and the internship phase (Days 31–90).

Recruitment Reimagined reserves the right to reschedule a batch in exceptional circumstances. Enrolled students will be notified with reasonable advance notice.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, course materials, videos, and tools — is the intellectual property of SR Primes / Recruitment Reimagined. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

Recruitment Reimagined provides training and mentorship to help students build recruitment skills and portfolios. We do not guarantee employment or specific salary outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SR Primes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
