30 Days of Intensive Training

After training, you join SR Primes as an intern on the delivery team. You work on real client mandates with real hiring deadlines and real accountability.

Days 1 to 30

Intensive Training (shared with Launchpad)

You join the Launchpad cohort for the full 30-day training program. Same curriculum. Same mentors. Same location. Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 5 PM at our Baner, Pune office. By the end of Day 30 you have sourced, screened, and coordinated real candidates for live mandates.

Days 31 to 90

Internship at SR Primes

You transition from trainee to intern. You join SR Primes' delivery team at our Baner office and work on live client mandates alongside full-time recruiters. You are not observing. You are doing the work.

Is Orbit right for me if I have no recruitment experience?+
Yes. Orbit assumes no prior experience. The first 30 days cover everything from fundamentals to live client work. By the time you start the internship on Day 31, you have already worked on real mandates during training.
Do I need to complete Ignition or Launchpad before applying?+
No. Orbit is open to anyone. No prerequisites required.
Is the internship paid?+
The internship itself is part of the program you have enrolled in. Performance incentives are earned on successful placements during the internship. The incentive structure is defined per cohort and confirmed before the batch starts.
What is PPO eligibility?+
Students who perform well during the 60-day internship are eligible for a Pre-Placement Offer from SR Primes. This is a full-time role offer based on your performance over the internship period. It is not guaranteed but is available to every Orbit student who meets the performance standard.
Where is the internship based?+
The internship is at the SR Primes office in Baner, Pune. It is fully offline and in-person. You will be working alongside the SR Primes delivery team on-site.
Can I do Orbit part-time?+
No. Orbit requires full-time commitment for 90 days. The training phase is Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 5 PM. The internship phase follows the same schedule. This is a full-time program.
What is the difference between all the programs?+
Ignition (₹399, 3 hours): Live discovery workshop. Experience recruitment work firsthand and decide if it is the right career for you. Foundation (₹2,999, 9 hours): Self-paced video training with 5+ portfolio projects. Build job-ready skills at your own pace. Launchpad (₹30,000, 30 days): Offline intensive at Baner, Pune. Live client mandates, daily mentorship, and career support. Limited to 20 students per cohort. Orbit (₹60,000, 90 days): Everything in Launchpad plus a 60-day internship at SR Primes with performance incentives and PPO eligibility. Limited to 5 seats.
How many students are in each Orbit cohort?+
Maximum 5 students per cohort. Orbit shares the 30-day training with the Launchpad batch but the internship phase is limited to 5 students to ensure individual attention and real mandate allocation.
What happens if I do not get a PPO?+
You walk away with 90 days of real recruitment experience, a strong portfolio with live case studies from both training and internship work, and a certificate of completion. Most students who do not receive a PPO from SR Primes go on to land roles at other firms using the experience and portfolio they built during Orbit.
